I seem to be always writing about myself, my dear readers? I hope someone who may read what I write will understand that these adventures contain a great deal about me. I would have you to know that since I was a little girl indeed, I seldom dared to open my heart to anybody else except to my readers. A Visit To The Shwedagon Pagoda

(Still crowded, and crowded at the pagoda platform whether it rained heavily or under the bad weather.) People visited to the Shwedagon Pagoda frequently. Paying respect at the foot of the pagoda is one of the ways of Buddhist life. People crowded at the Pagoda platform every time we visited. Practice meditation, offering flowers, candles, incenses or colorful things, or walking on the pagoda platform mostly as keeping the Shwedagon Pagoda at the right side, or praying, etc that Buddhists usually do. Sunlun Sayadaw U Vinaya (1914, 5th August Wednesday - 2012 6th October Saturday) (full moon day of WahKaung 1276 in Burmese calendar - 1374) (Sayadaw at 59 years of monkhood.) Childhood Memory I remembered when we went together with our grandparents and our parents to the 7th Mile Gabaraye Sunlun Gukyaung Monastery to practice meditation under the guidance of our venerable Sayadaw U Vinaya, Sayadaw warmly welcomed children and encouraged them to practice meditation like adults. But we could not observe such a hard meditation as adults do. But we learned something about mindfulness since our childhood a little by little. When we grew older, me and my twin brother went to the Sunlun monastery by bicycles where our Sayadaw U Vinaya resided, and practiced meditation once per week. (I know my life as a writer gave me better life. My life at the University was like a fool’s paradise for spending more than 10 years with the hope of to be a tutor. I studied French language at A.F expecting a change in my fortune. But the situation did not change.) Here how my story started on….. Their Background and Their Families (My grandparents in 1954) My Grandpa – (U) Khin Maung Latt (My grandpa in 1936.) My grandfather (U) Khin Maung Latt was born in 1915, 26 th August at Monywa, Upper Burma. U Nyunt, a government officer of Bombay Burma (Teak) Company, was his father, , and Daw Khin Thwet was his mother. My grandpa had three brothers and three sisters, and he was number 6 th . (photo - When I read a book by holding with my both hands, I could feel confident. I felt this book belongs to me.) My friends suggested me reading e-books by Tablet. Tablet was the name when I heard for the first time, I thought tablet meant a pill or a dose? Later I realised that it was also known as a i-pot or i-book or e-book,etc. It was a portable device. I saw it from my friend for the first time. It looked like a perpendicular whiteboard with the height of about 6 inches and 12 inches of length. It’s depth was very tiny. My friend said it could store the documents, books and photos. If the old books could not be found in the book shops, find in the internet and keep them in Tablet by downloading. Any Suggestions! But my cousin said it was not easy to get ebooks from the internet in my country. By the way, there were many free ebooks in online. The Tablet could be used as an i-book as well as mobile phone.
