I also share my knowledge of Vipassana Meditation the Guidance of Sunlun Sayadaw Gyi U Kivi who was the Meditation Master and first instructed the Sunlun Vipassana Meditation.

I have so many sad memories and so much pain when I was doing this video, but I finished it with my soul trying to keep my heart calm and still.
