The festival was held at Kandawgyi Lake, located east of the Shwedagon Pagoda. The Lake was approximately 5 miles (8 km) in circumference and had a depth of 20 to 45 inches. The 150 - acre lake, surrounded by the Kandawgyi Nature Park (110 - ace), and Yangon Zoological Gardens (approximately 70 - acre). (Credited to the free Encyclopedia.)

The land around the lake, there were festivals, stage-shows, musical theatre, talks, farmer market, and other fan-fairs were celebrated with rows of stalls as shown as their weekly, or monthly activities.
Believe it or not, I have never been there before!
The Burmese art and craft Pwe was 3 days festival from the 4th to 6th of January 2019. Burmese foods, drinks, medicines, and other types of accessories from all over Burma would be sold that I had read in the news. I was there with my friend, and we enjoyed visiting the place and wondering around.

However this winter was cold, the weather in the afternoon was hot and dry. Sunglasses and hats were necessary for you to walk through the land.
